Embracing Grief.

Today, I experienced a profound moment of realization. I sat with my anger long enough until she told me her real name was grief. It was like a veil had been lifted, and suddenly, a weight I had been carrying for so long began to dissipate. I came to understand that beneath the layers of anger lie a deep well of hurt that had been crying out for acknowledgment.

In that moment of clarity, I understood the importance of recognizing and addressing my true emotions. It was a pivotal moment where I realized that the emotional toolkit I had been building was not just for show – it was meant to be utilized in times of need, such as this.

I made a conscious decision to prioritize self-love and care. I acknowledged the power of nurturing myself through healthy habits like eating well, getting enough sleep, practicing meditation, dancing, engaging in breathwork, and cultivating mindfulness. These practices became my anchor, helping me to navigate through the negative energy that threatened to consume me.

As I continue on this journey of healing and self-discovery, I am reminded of the importance of embracing all facets of myself, even the ones that may be uncomfortable or painful. It is through this process of acceptance and self-love that I am able to transform my grief into a source of strength and resilience.
